O teatro de Enrique Diaz: Entre opacidade e transparência
Abstract
Theater Director Enrique Diaz’s work has been internationally recognized for the last twenty years. His artistic approach is totally influenced by the performance and often uses metatheatrical texts. His productions focus on self-reflection of their own creative processes by highlighting the actor's work. They often use other media, like video, in a selfreferential and critical way. This article investigates the characteristics of Brazilian director Enrique Diaz's process of using modern media in the theater (remediation process) and to what extent it establishes a critical dialogue with the embedded media.References
